Shipping cost

Free delivery with order of $125 CAD or more, before taxes and shipping for deliveries in Quebec and Ontario. We will charge a delivery fee of $15 before taxes for orders under $125 for deliveries in Quebec and Ontario.  Free shipping does not apply for oversized or heavy items such as tree stands, decoys, tents, saline kits etc.

Our shipping carriers are Canada Post and Purolator.

 

Return policy for online purchases

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with every item you purchase from Precision archerie, you may return an item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please note that no exchange will be granted if the condition of the products returned for a refund is deemed unsatisfactory.

The item must be returned in perfect condition, unused and unworn, in its original packaging and with all the documents, parts and/or accessories it contains in order to ensure reimbursement (a product considered in perfect condition will have all of its tags and stickers still attached to the item).

Precision archerie's online return policy only applies to purchases made on precisionarcherie.com

Proof of purchase is required to initiate any return process.

 

Non-returnable products

Certain products are excluded from our return policy and are neither exchangeable nor refundable. The restrictions are as follows:

- Basic clothing and underwear;

- Arrows/shafts cut by the store or by you;

- Risers and limbs;

- Bow;

- Special order or made-to-order items;

- String.

Return Instructions

To make a return, you must contact customer service at (819) 607-3666 or [email protected]. A customer service representative will initiate the return process, provide you with all the information required for your return, and generate a personalized shipping voucher for you.

To ensure reimbursement, carefully store unused/unworn items in their original packaging and include all documents, parts and accessories that accompanied your item. Remove all old shipping labels from the outside of the original packaging BEFORE sending your return shipment.

All return shipping costs must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D.

We recommend that you use an insured and trackable shipping method for your return package, and keep the package tracking number for your records. We will not be responsible for damaged, misdirected or lost return packages.

To receive credit, items must be returned within 30 days of the order date. The postmark date of the return package will be considered the return date.

You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment used for purchase, within 30 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

Defective item

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact customer service at (819) 607-3666 or by email [email protected]. You must contact customer service BEFORE attempting to return the item to avoid associated shipping charges. If you do not contact Customer Service before shipping the item to be returned, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Please prepare a detailed description and provide supporting photos of the damage or defect before contacting Customer Service to help describe the problem.

 

Wrong item, color or size

Your merchandise has been carefully checked and packaged before leaving our store. However, if you notice an error or an item is missing from your order, please contact customer service at (819) 607-3666 or by email [email protected].

You must contact customer service before attempting to return the item to avoid associated shipping charges. If you do not contact Customer Service before shipping the item to be returned, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

 

Exchange an item

Please note that no exchanges will be accepted. Only products found to be unsatisfactory should be returned for a refund and a new replacement order should be placed. If you wish to exchange an item, you must first return the item following our return instructions and order a new item from precisionarcherie.com.
