Shipping and Returns

Free delivery for all orders of $150 or more (before taxes and shipping costs) , delivered to Quebec or Ontario .

For orders under $150 , a fee of $16.95 (before taxes) will apply for these same provinces.

Fees may apply for heavy or oversized items (e.g., treestands, decoys, tents, salt pans, crossbows, bows, etc.).

Deliveries are made via Canada Post and Purolator .
Crossbows are shipped unassembled .

You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return an item for a full refund , if it is returned in its original condition.

Conditions for a valid return:

• The product must be unused, unworn , in its original packaging .
• All documents, parts, labels and stickers must be present and attached.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Returns apply only to purchases made on .

The following items are not exchangeable or refundable :

• Basic clothing and underwear
• Cut arrows (in store or by you)
• Bow limbs and handles
• Arches
• Special or custom orders
• Strings

1. Contact our customer service at (819) 607-3666 or at precisionarcherie@videotron.ca to begin the process.
2. We will provide you with a personalized return slip with complete instructions.
3. Carefully pack the items in their original packaging , with all accessories.
4. Remove any old shipping labels before sending the package.
5. Return shipping costs are your responsibility . No COD deliveries will be accepted.
6. Use a trackable and insured delivery service , and keep the tracking number.

Refund will be made to the original payment method , within 30 days of receipt of the returned items.

Before returning a defective or damaged item, you must contact our customer service .

You will be asked to provide a detailed description of the problem along with supporting photos .

If you return an item without contacting us first, you will be responsible for the associated shipping costs .

Each order is carefully checked. If you receive the wrong item or if a product is missing:

• Contact us before making a return , otherwise the return costs will be your responsibility.
• We will correct the situation with you quickly.

We do not make direct exchanges .
If you would like another item:

1. Return the original product according to our return policy.
2. Place a new order at precisionarcherie.com .

The majority of products sold on our site are covered by a limited manufacturer's warranty .
